Previous lodger worked close to Airbus in Filton and reported a 20 minute commute. Very close to Bristol and Bath Science Park. Postcode BS16 9QW.

As expected with a new house it is extremely well insulated so warm and cosy in the winter.
Would suit a professional or mature student working in Bristol and returning home at weekends. Personal items can be left in the room over weekends. Some weekends may be possible by prior arrangement but generally Monday to Friday lets only considered unless you are looking for a term of less than 1 month.

Sharing house with owner and one other lodger only. Bathroom only shared with one other person as owner uses ensuite. Downstairs cloakroom also available. Monday – Friday lets only, as owner will require use of room on some weekends for family / friends to stay - bed linen will be changed after each use. I'm a easy going individual who is usually out a few evenings a week. I am friendly and happy to be sociable but will also respect if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself.
