**Gorgeous double room in spacious modern house**

We have a lovely double bedroom available to rent from 27th April 2024.

This is a house share that will be shared with one other Female who is a working professional who spends majority of her working hours in the office but occasionally will work from home.

I am the owner of the property however, I will be out of the country for quite a while so we are hoping to find a working Female who is relatively clean, calm and respectful of the house and other housemate.

The room is fully furnished including a wardrobe, double bed and dressing table.
This property is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood with bus stops right outside of the property if needed.
The kitchen, living room and two bathrooms will be shared with housemate Polly who is a joy to live with.

This is not a long term let as I will be returning to the property within roughly 6 months, but I am open to a shorter let.
