Double room close to Bristol & Bath Science Park

Monday–Friday rental for one person only (this means that you work in Bristol Monday to Friday and go home at weekends). Available now.
This is a comfortable double room on the top floor of a three-storey town house in a quiet street . The location is ideal for anyone working at the Bristol and Bath Science Park or in the Emmersons Green area, for example, but it also works for the MoD and other locations such as Keynsham. You would have a designated parking space just outside the house.
The bed is new with a good quality, pocket-sprung mattress. There is a small desk in one corner. and there's a bathroom with bath and shower (next to the room) which you would have to yourself. The house is modern, well furnished and warm in winter, with fibre optic broadband and WiFi and all bills included in the price.
There is one other permanent lodger in the house at the moment. The room is not suitable for anyone working late night shifts or needing to use the shower during the night or needing to get up and get ready for work before 6.30 in the morning.
I mostly work from home and the current lodger is also working mostly from home at present.
You really need a car in this location as there are no shops or decent restaurants within easy walking distance. However, all the major supermarkets are 10 to 15 minutes away by car and there are leisure centres (including the David Lloyd Centre) and a cinema close by.
If you are a party person then this is not the place for you. It is quiet and not close to any night life. It is not a house share where everybody socialises, but more of a family home with a live in landlord. If you want to be comfortable and you are a person who likes to live in a clean and tidy place, then this might be for you.
Please note, the no smoking stipulation includes e-cigarettes and smoking outdoors. If you are even an occasional smoker, this is not the right place for you.
