Unfurnished double in Montpelier house-share

The home is homely and well situated, within close walking distance to St Werburghs, Stokes Croft and Gloucester Rd, and comes with two bathrooms and a 70 ft garden.

The (small) sunny double room will be unfurnished, but has a pretty fireplace, is freshly painted and has an inbuilt wardrobe/cupboard area.
The large communal area, downstairs, is an open plan kitchen/sitting room, which backs out onto our garden.

The atmosphere is warm and social, and we cook and eat together often. Also enjoy music - whether playing records, instruments (piano/guitar) or producing beats.

We all work hard during the week, and are looking for someone who is respectful, relaxed and tidy.
