We're looking for one person to come and join our household in Montpelier. It's a spacious three storey terraced house a short walk to Gloucester Road. There's a comfy lounge with log burner, a ground floor newly built kitchen with large dining table and an awesome garden.

There is plenty of shared space for hanging out, relaxing and catching up with mates. We enjoy cooking and like to have odd meals together, usually with plenty of wine.

We're ideally looking for a young professional, who is open minded and easy going.

The rest of the house in furnished.

Bills £80 per month (gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet)
Parking permits available from council (tenant individually responsible)
