We have one furnished double bedroomavailable in our large monteplier house from 1st september for a 12 month contract. Rent is 520+72 bills, 500 deposit, through a private friendly landlord.
We are looking for 1 male who has similar interests to us- we love listening to music, mostly dnb and jungle, having mates over for dinners and joke films.
We like to keep the house clean, are are hoping to get a twice monthly cleaner to take some stress away! We're really looking to keep a chilled atmosphere, so please do get in touch if it sounds your cup of tea!
