Sunny Single Room In Montpelier

Hi,

I have a small but comfortable sunny room here in my three bed house in Montpelier. New single bed and mattress and bedding.
There’s a desk, wardrobe, under bed storage, and nice secure window in the room.
The room is upstairs alongside mine and my daughters room, and the bathroom.
Downstairs is separate lounge/tv room, and then also kitchen dining room with wood stove and doors opening out to large sunny garden. Amazing this time of year!
We’re amazingly located and linked up for enjoying the city... a stones throw from the train station for temple meads , clifton etc... and a few minutes from hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants,... the town centre only a mile away ...
looking for someone relaxed, reliable, good with kids, ( my daughter is nearly 5)
and looking for a space to feel at home and share some meals occasionally, probably a female :))
There is also two gentle cats here :)

With bills the total cost would be £410 per month. No fees, one month deposit required.
