Small, furnished room in excellent location

I have a small single room to rent in a shared house in Montpellier available 20th July. The location is perfect- 10 minutes to Gloucester Road, close to town and local shops and decent pubs nearby. It’s a shared house with 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms (2with showers) it’s a friendly and sociable house but never feels busy as everyone is on different time scales. I have never had to wait to use the bathroom/shower. It is kept clean and tidy and all the tenants respect others stuff/space. The room also has a lock for extra security if you feel you need it. I’m moving in with another friend to a smaller place but will stay in touch with the great friends I have made here. There’s no contract or minimum stay but you will have to pay first month rent on moving in. Please enquire with any questions and I’ll happily answer.
