Double room at Montpelier Coach House

*move-in date of 3rd November preferred but not essential*

Hello! I'm Stephen, I've been fixing up a flat in an old coach house in Montpelier and I'm looking for a flat mate to share my home.

The flat is one of 4 (the neighbours are ace) and is on the ground floor, it has bags of character and big bright Victorian windows. There’s a newly installed kitchen with modern appliances.

The spare room is freshly redecorated and is furnished. There’s a comfy double bed, hanging rail and storage unit, and as it’s at the centre of the building there’s a big skylight rather than a window.

Space for additional furniture outside the room is very limited, but there is a huge secure storage room in the building so you'll have no problems moving and storing your stuff.

The flat is perfectly located in Montpelier. It’s a 2-minute walk to Gloucester Road – where you’ll find all the independent bars, cafes, restaurants, pubs, etc. There’s a train station at the end of my street that takes you to Clifton, Easton and Temple Meads, and its about a 25 minute walk to the centre of Bristol.

A bit about me- I'm an architect and work in the city, sometimes I work late, but like to meet friends and family on weeknights and I run, cycle and go on countryside adventures at weekends. Also love to go to gigs and festivals when I can, and I’m a keen traveller, though that happens less often now.

The contract would be for 6 months minimum, and would roll on month by month thereafter. Deposit is one months rent, and there are no agencies involved.

I’m easy going and tidy, and very much want you to feel like its as much your home as it is mine :)
