Double room in lovely Montpelier houseshare

Hello!
We are Lucy, Phili and Ben, and we're looking for a fourth housemate to come and join us in our lovely home in Montpelier.

We're in our late twenties/early thirties and work in various full-time weekday jobs and all have creative things we like to do in our spare time. We are a laid back, sociable bunch and are looking for someone of a similar age who'd like to move in long-term and become part of the gang.

The house is a beautiful multi-storey with a garden, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Although only a 10 minute walk to Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road, it feels very peaceful around here. There is permit parking on the road or free parking a 5 minute walk away.

There is lots of communal space in the house and the room itself is massive! We have a wonderful quirky kitchen/diner and a living room with a big fireplace which comes in handy in the chilly winter months.

The room is £383 + bills (roughly £450 all in but generally less in the summer/ more in the winter) and is unfurnished.

Our lovely housemate moves out on the 10th November so we are looking for someone to move in on the 11th give or take.
