1 spacious room in Montpelier, Bristol

Hi there!

We've got a spacious, furnished room available in our lovely house in Montpelier for a 6 month tenancy. Start date is the 1st January and the tenancy would end 30th June.

You’ll be living with Abbie, Peta and Lou, three female professionals between 25-29 y/o. We’re looking for some who likes to socialise but respects others time and space (Abbie is a teacher and Lou and Peta work 9-5). We're an easy-going bunch, we enjoy cooking and keeping plants alive but also the odd night out/glass of wine + Netflix.
We all contribute to keep our home pretty clean, we’d love to live with someone who respects our home as much as we do.

Our house is in a great location, it’s a 15 min walk to the centre, 5 min walk to Montpelier station, 2 mins to Cadbury pub, 10 mins from Gloucester Rd and a 1 min walk from Picton St.

Rent is £603 a month (which includes bills and a bi-monthly cleaner) plus a deposit.
