One room to rent in settled house in Montpelier

-Just off Ashley Road, in a great area of the city

Sadly our house is for sale however we have the tenancy until January 4th. We are looking for a housemate for the final month of December. This could offer someone potential respite from looking over this time of year and we would be happy to share in this time.

We are a settled house in our late 20s/30s; collectively we've lived in St Pauls/Montpelier for 9 years; living in a balance of music, vegetarian cooking, film, drinking, conversation and work. We've lived in the house for over 6 years and it's current phase is increasingly peaceful with sometimes a late night music session.

Of course things are quite different at the moment so we're aware the function and need of the house has altered – working from home, slower lifestyles and limitations to socialising. We have always kept the kitchen/living room a warm, social and tidy place and there is a courtyard garden.

We hope to find people that bring a communal energy to our home, engage in looking after it but also happy in their own quiet.
