Room in spacious veggie house Montpelier, Bristol.

We are looking for a new housemate (30+) who is open minded and enjoys a relaxed home, which is pretty quiet most of the time, but open and welcoming to visits from friends and relatives.

We are friendly and enjoy each others company, whilst having lots of outside interests. We like to keep the house clean but we are not obsessed.

Our house is really a home and so we are looking for someone who will also consider it their home.

Vegetarian house means strictly no meat or fish within the house, but no judgements about what you eat outside.

About the house:
- 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and good sized living room.
- long back garden with apple tree, roses, and lots of greenery
- eco-friendly
- vegetarian (so no meat or fish in the house!)
- strictly non smoking (inside or in the garden)
- no pets unfortunately as one of us has allergies
- definitely not a party house
- space for one bike per housemate in the conservatory/ outside room.

Additional info:
- Minimum 6 month contract - house is on the market to be sold but this will not happen for at least 6 months (we have our landlord's commitment to that in writing)
- Landlord runs rent check
- Room is available from 1st of June (but might be some flexibility about a slightly earlier move in date)

Approximate monthly cost:
£400 rent
£60 council tax
£10 internet
£12 water
£3 TV licence
£30-60 electricity/gas
£5 kitty (toilet paper and eco cleaning products)

So you should expect to pay at least £520/month (at least £550 during winter)
