The Studio contains a double bed, (it is a double bed in the picture) double mattress, drawers, wardrobe and shelves. It’s Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob/oven, cupboards, sink and of course it has its own bathroom - shower, sink, loo.

All the Bills are shared with the whole house which keeps the bills at roughly £100 a month per person. So £100 per month includes everything - Water, Council tax, gas, electric and fast wifi.

You would have the absolute best of both worlds - keeping yourself to yourself or being sociable as you wish.
We have a home rather than a house, Hal sings and plays guitar, Hugo feeds people and likes to climb, Fay is an Irish theatre performer… you would get the best of both worlds here with your own private flat with the addition of a lovely, warm community in the home share, the house is huge, so big you can pick and choose your level of sociability!
Generously equipped, a luxurious shared kitchen, which you would also be able to use, two more bathrooms - one with a bath, a large shared living room and a yard.
A newly re-decked sun trap roof terrace is reached from the yard from a spiral staircase, it has amazing views of Redland’s colourful houses.

The shared house contains friendly professionals - age range 38 - 46 - a uni researcher, a YouTube channel script writer for a science series, a Theatreandcircus performer, and a fun restaurant manager. It’s a very interesting intelligent bunch of people who love to chat in the kitchen.
We do have a cat who comes to visit a lot.
We have a great terrace for bbqs, and we sometimes play board games or watch films together on the large living room tv.
We have a calm but very sociable home.
We keep the kitchen, and living space clean and tidy.
The washing machine you would use is in this kitchen. You are welcome to use the kitchen or indeed any of the shared spaces in the house.
We are next to Montpelier train station and the picton street shops.

The total bills are not included. They come to about £100 total per person per month inc council tax.
