Montpelier Room for the summer- House with balcony

I am subletting my lovely room for three months.

1st June - 1 September are the dates that would be ideal, however they can be slightly different if agreed upon.

My place is located in Montpelier, Bristol and is on a quiet street. The house is Victorian and old so the room is fairly large and with high ceilings. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious, and the kitchen comes with an aga (it might take you a minute to learn how to cook on it if unfamiliar)

The house also includes a lovely balcony with views that stretch beyond Bristol. There is a garden which is shared with the basement couple below. There is a bathroom (bath and toilet) and a shower room (shower and toilet).

My housemates (one being the landlord) are spectacular and like food and wine. Ideally this place would suit a female, late twenties and onwards. Someone who works Monday to Friday (in full time employment), likes to drink and a non-vegan (if you are vegan/sober and are comfortable with meat/wine being in the house then please do express interest). It is crucial that the person replacing me for the summer gets along with my housemates, I want to make sure they are super comfortable and click with whoever takes the room. In terms of parking, you would need a permit, and be a relatively good driver as the street is incredibly narrow.

Rent & bills are £525 per month all in. You will need to be in employment and have references.
