1 Bedroom in a 4 bed maisonette

The upper maisonette in a flat within walking distance to Montpellier Station and just off Gloucester Road. Access to both a shower and a bath, along with a washing machine. The living room/kitchen is large and beautiful with lots of light.

The current flatmates are enjoyable to be around and are dear friends of mine who I've known since my first year, I even lived with one of them in uni accomodation. Two of them are going into their final years in Economics and the one female flatmate is going into her 3rd year of Chemistry. Women only because we dont want one girl living with 3 boys.

Rooms come with double beds, a desk, chair, and clothes storage.

Small appliances like a microwave, kettle, and toaster are not included but likelihood is that you guys can put money together for them.

Rent payed quarterly with first payment on June 11th.

No international students please.
