sunny dble room in friendly house nr Stokes Croft

Hi we are looking for a third person, male (preferably 30 yrs upwards - 6 months minimum ) to join us in a cozy and happy house just off Ashley Hill and near St Werburgh’s.

25 minute walk in to town, 10 minute walk to Stokes Croft.

The double room is on the first floor, south facing and furnished. Sharing bathroom with only one other.

You will be sharing with 2 easygoing female professionals working in the creative sector. We’re both Freelance, travel a bit, work quite a lot but know how to have a good time!

Helen is a live in landlady, in her 50’s and Pauline is 35. We both have lived communally for many years.

Room will be available from beginning of November and we can see people on Sat Nov 1 and Sun Nov 2 from 11. 00 am to 2. 00 pm. and Thursday 6 Nov from 7. 00 - 9. 00 pm.
