Double room in homely maisonette flat

Hi, my name is Andy and I have a great room going. I have a full-time job, (hairdresser) and am a sociable and fun-loving guy that has always been fortunate enough to live with amazing people, so is really hoping that this won't be the end of that! I have a very friendly cat, so no other pets I am afraid. The flat is great with some outside space which is just about big enough for a barbecue. Please excuse the photos- they're terrible! But really the flat is very homely and the room is a big double. I enjoy having friends over for dinner or to hang out from time to time so someone that is friendly and up for meeting new people would be ideal. It's about a fifteen minute walk to the centre and Cabot circus so is dead handy location wise, also glos. Rd and picton street are right round the corner and St. Paul's carnival of course!
