This is a really nice, modern flat located just next door to Boston Tea Party on Cheltenham road. Within a short distance of local bars and restaurants and a ten minute walk to the centre.

Stays very warm in winter and requires little heating. Clean and simple style decor. The flat is part of a modern apartment complex and is very safe and secure. There is a private car park with a space underneath the property.

You would be renting the room on a short term basis for 3 months until my tenancy expires at the end of January. Then you would have the option of remaining in the flat, but under a new tenancy agreement, and sharing with a new flatmate.

All Council Tax and bills are included in the price.
