One small, single, fully-furnished, attic bedroom in a large, light, colourful, quiet, non-smoking, environmentally-aware, family house shared with the owner and one or two others in St Andrew's, vacant now until 10 April. Another larger room available on request from now until mid March.

No agency fee or deposit. Gas central heating, water, electricity and wifi included in the rent.

The house is four minutes’ walk from the Arches on Gloucester Road, 20 minutes’ walk to the UoB campus, circa 30 minutes’ direct bus ride to UWE.

Single bed and chair, central and reading lights, hanging rail, small bookshelves, small chest of drawers, floor rug and window blind are provided. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided for a small, additional fee if required.

Shared space includes modern, family bathroom with shower, bath, basin and toilet; large kitchen, dining and living room. Washing machine, clothes drying cupboard and refrigerator are available.

We expect you to use environmentally-friendly toiletries and other consumables and no unnecessary packaging or one-use plastics. We do not share the house with anyone who eats meat or fish, is a smoker or who ever smokes cigarettes or e-cigarettes. We walk, cycle and use public transport, and we do not let the room to anyone who wants to use or park a car in Bristol. Vegetarians and vegans are particularly welcome.
