My husband and I are renting out our spare room.
The house is situated in Norton St Philip which is a historical village just under 7 miles from the University of Bath.
The village is on a direct bus route into the city (the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away from the house and buses run every hour). We have off road parking.
We have one room available which is a large double! Although it is not ensuite, the room is next to the bathroom. There are 2 double wardrobes and large windows for natural light.
King sized bed!
We have a good sized kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine just behind the kitchen.
We have a 14 month old so some understanding of the fact there is a baby in the house is important!
We also have a dog that stays with us sometimes
