Room to rent in a calm house

Hi,
I'm looking for a friendly and reliable lodger for a furnished single room in my house.
The room has a large built in wardrobe (you can walk in) and a view over the back garden and allotments. The room has a desk in it following the current lodger's preferences but I can exchange that for a comfy chair as in the photo if you'd like.
The house has a small front and back garden and there's space for bikes in a garage.
All bills included except electricity and gas, which we split.

About me -
When I'm not working I tend to be active and/or trying to get outside: swimming, cycling, walking, yoga, gardening and anything else that's going. I spend a lot of time cooking and thinking about food and watch too much tv in the evenings. I don't drink alcohol very often but I'll rarely have an empty fridge!
I'm generally fascinated by handicrafts and have spent too many years at university: I like interesting conversations and learning new things. I work from home but am often traveling for months at a time.
I'm very clean and tidy and like to keep my house like that too. I've quite a few indoor and outdoor plants - the back garden now has veg in it.
