Fully furnished double room in a new-build, first-floor, two-bedroom flat in Old Market / St. Philips.

The flat is a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads and same to Cabot Circus, and despite being very close to all the bars and cafes on East Street and Old Market, it's on a quiet Street so there isn't much outside noise.

There's secure bike storage in the building, and the flat comes with the usual amenities: washer/dryer, shared bathroom, fridge/freezer, etc. Car permit parking available.

The flat is kept pretty tidy, has a large lounge and a south-facing balcony. You'd have full access to all the communal spaces, including use of the projector in the lounge for watching Netflix, films, etc.

We are a gay male couple in our 20s and 30s, although one works in London Monday to Thursday, and the other works a few evenings a week, so the flat is often quiet.

We have a preference for renting the room 5 nights a week (eg Mon - Fri) but happy to consider full time for the right tenant. Full-time rent would be £525 pcm, and Mon-Fri would be £425. It's for max one year; short term is also fine.
