Double bedroom with private bathroom

Hi, I’m Nat. I’m a 32yr old professional working in the centre. I’m looking for a new flatmate to fill the 2nd room in a 2 bedroom top floor flat in central Bristol.

The room can be furnished (as in pics except the chair/desk) or unfurnished as you need. You have private use of the main bathroom opposite your room.

There’s plenty of space in the open plan living room/kitchen for working from home or working out at home (I have tried and tested both!)

There’s no dedicated parking but I believe permits are available for around £80 per month. There is secure bike storage on site.

Rent is £525pcm plus a £620 deposit. All bills (electric, water, wifi, council tax and insurance) are split equally, so along with rent is £685 monthly. We will be joint tenants through an agency who will require references to assist with the application. 6 month min tenancy starting beginning of April.

I’m a very sociable person hoping to find someone equally as outgoing. I want you to feel comfortable in the shared areas and enjoy spending time together in the evenings (especially as we may well be in lockdown until 2024). I’m very clean and tidy so some who shares similar Monica tendencies would be ideal!
