Fully furnished double room in Patchway

Hi I'm Simon and I'm offering my largest double room for rent which is fully furnished. All bills are included so there are no added extras to the price. Any prospective housemate will be able to treat the house as their own, and make the room their own(i know it looks a little souless right now). I wouldn't expect someone to feel they need to spend all their time in their room if they didn't want to. Mi casa su casa. The only thing I ask is that you treat the shared spaces with respect. I don't expect clinical levels of cleanliness but it's only polite to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean after use isn't it.

No parking however it's a fairly quiet area so no risk parking on the road. You can usually park right outside.

I have a single room which has a desk in that could be used as a work room if you needed extra space. I don't use it for anything other than storage.

The house is within walking distance to Aztec West, Cribbs and Rolls Royce. MOD and Airbus simple to get to. Bus stops for both metro and normal services close by.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. It would be nice to count any new housemate as a friend. Nothing worse than living with someone that you struggle to communicate or have no chemistry with. Age, gender or sexuality is of no concern to me, I'm more interested in living with a nice decent human being. I'm cool with friends, family, partners etc staying over but obviously with a little notice and consideration.

Pets will be considered but depends on size, type and living arrangements.

As for me well I'm Simon 42 years old no children or pets. Occasionally have family visiting but they all behave themselves 🙂

I currently work a job which involves early starts(6am) so I'm in bed early most nights. Don't worry I don't crash around in the mornings, you won't even know I'm up.🐀
