Bright double room, Mon-Fri let

Monday to Friday: I have a bright room to let in my lovely flat which has open views over Ham Green. The flat has easy access to the cycle path stretching to Portishead in one direction and Bristol in the other. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, double wardrobe. You would have shared use of the bathroom and open plan lounge/ dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a communal garden as well as Ham Green itself, so lots of green spaces to enjoy the sun. I’m a professional and am sociable and friendly. I like my home to be a place I can relax in and escape from it all. I’m looking for a lodger that is considerate and keeps fairly regular hours. Pill is a quiet location but has very easy access to Bristol city centre, to the airport, to park and ride services, etc. The bus service nearby takes 20-30 minutes to city centre. Three miles from Temple Meads train station. Easy on street parking is available.
