Lovely double in friendly household

Hi. I have a choice of 2 rooms left to rent in a lovely spacious victorian property, however I will only be renting one of them and the other will be left as another communal area (unless one of the tenants would like to pay a slightly higher rent to have it for their own use). Both rooms are doubles and are available furnished or unfurnished depending on individual needs. The house has a large kitchen/dining room, two separate bathrooms and a utility room. The room is available immediately on a 6 monthly tenancy. The rent will include bills. The property also has a courtyard. The property is located in a village called Pill that is very convenient to Clifton, approximately 5 minutes by car and also the city centre, there are also great cycle paths if you are feeling energetic and buses run regularly. Portishead, Portbury, Avonmouth Docks are also very close, and the M5 is within a mile of the property so very close to Cribbs Causeway and Bradley Stoke and very convenient for the South West. There are currently 3 other rooms let in the house to professionals, all male. The house is very cheery and friendly and it is very important that we find friendly, respectful people to share with. I live and work quite close to Pill so am always on hand if needed.
