The house has a large kitchen, spacious living room with a fireplace, a spare guestroom and lovely garden. WiFi, washing machine, kitchen appliances, TV available. The house is furnished.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible professional available to move in from 1 of September. Sorry but NO COUPLES or PETS.
The rent is 380.00 per month ALL INCLUSIVE IN BILLS (council tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi and TV licence).
