1 Bedroom in a recently decorated 3 bed house

My name's Samantha, I have a house in Pill, it's a small village that's a 30 minute bus journey from the centre of Bristol or into Portishead, and an easy cycle to Avonmouth.

I have two rooms available in my house. The house is owned by my Mum and Auntie, who have spent 2 months decorating and making it a nicer place to live in. They live locally, so if there are any problems, they won't be far away.

The house has a very big kitchen, with a large dining area, a large shared lounge, a bathroom with bath and shower, and three bedrooms.

I am 25, so am looking to live with people between the ages of 20 and 35, both male or female.

If you'd be interested, please take a look on Google Maps to make sure that the area is of easy access to everything you need. Buses here are once every half an hour.

We have a big garden, I've just planted the first vegetables in my little vegetable plot, so you can enjoy home grown food! It's a real sun trap which will be perfect as soon as the summer decides to kick in!

The house is currently partly furnished, and comes with a washing machine, fridge, and freezer. There's a washing line in the garden, and I also have a clothes horse for rainy days. If you need help obtaining bedroom furniture, I have a car and my friend has a van for bigger stuff, and I can help you find cheap/free furniture locally.

The house is in the centre of the village, only a 2 minute walk from the shops/pub. There's a small car park opposite the house, and more often than not, there's parking on the road outside of the property.

You will be living with me, I love cooking and socialising, either in communal rooms, or out and about. I'm a tidy person, and I love baking, so there's always something sweet in the house!
