Bristol is less than 20 mins drive, 15 mins to Clifton. M5 is 5 mins away, perfect for commuting. And if you commute by bus the nearest stop is 2 minute walk away.
There is only one parking space which I use, but there is plenty of parking on Serbert Road. There is also a secure bike shed.
