Double room in shared house available to single person.

This is first floor room in a town house, It faces to the rear into a spacious courtyard, so is usually quiet.

The room is in a 3 bedroom house 50m from the Marina edge, close to Waitrose, The Posset Cup and the H&W pub/restaurant.

The room on the front is let to an English male aged around 30 (with whom you share the bathroom) and the room on the top floor is let to a couple.. They have their own bathroom. You will all share the kitchen and living room.

The room photos are from when I first moved in. It is still in good decorative order. The present tenant (who is leaving because he is relocating with his work) has rearranged the furniture to his liking, which is fine. It gets lots of natural light from the two windows.

The rent includes all bills - council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, phone rental (calls, if you don't use your own phone, would be extra) window cleaning, water.

The room includes the furnishings shown in the photos.

The kitchen has all the things you'd expect - electric oven; gas hob; washing machine; fridge/freezer; dishwasher; microwave; crockery; cutlery; pots and pans etc.

Outside there is a small garden with a decked area. There is one parking space for our use at the rear and around 8 visitor spaces. There is also street parking to the front - essentially, unusually for this estate, there is plenty of parking and you will always get a space close to the house. If you use the bus to Bristol, the stop is 50m away.

Just for background, i bought the house for me to live in during the week, whilst I worked in Portishead. At that time I kept the top floor for myself. I have now moved out entirely having stopped working in Portishead.
