We've had a lodger before and loved having another person to enjoy home time with. They are now good friends!
We can be noisy and hectic at times, but have a cleaner to keep things in order. It's a very happy house that we would gladly welcome the right person into warmly.
7 days per week or week days only considered, as well as couples. Rent would be adjusted accordingly.
Short term pls as we will be renting the house out in the new year. Exact month not decided yet!
