The prices include Sky, Broadband, and all utility bills, including council tax, so your monthly living costs are fixed.

We have Bedroom 2, a large bedroom and own private separate bathroom with shower over the bath. This is £750pcm and is available as of 1st May 2024

The kitchen / dining room has a fridge freezer, extra wide hob, and is kitted out with all the items that are required to make and prepare food.

The lounge, on the first floor, has a TV area, and also a 'chill out' area.

The bedrooms are on floors two and three.

Portishead is a vibrant town, and in recent years The Marina has become a focal point for the surrounding area and attracts visitors from Bristol on a regular basis.

Waitrose is a just a few minutes walk away, along with a plethora of pubs and restaurants.

Junction 19 of the M5 is a five minute drive.

I am a professional landlord with a large property portfolio, I do not live at any of the properties I rent, but I do live in Portishead Marina, so I am close at hand to manage my properties.

We also have a maintenance manager in our team, so issues are dealt with quickly and professionally, as we want happy tenants and we keep our property portfolio in good working order.
