(The free option is in exchange of household housekeeping, cooking only for yourself and no visitors or sleepover of other persons) House just decorated, brand new carpeting, brand new washer and two dryers, brand new double bed, side table and closet in your bedroom, off street parking, one bedroom on ground floor with WC (for my 11 y. o. son), kitchen and living room with balcony door on the first floor, the other two bedrooms (mine and yours) and bathroom on the second floor.

In walking distance is the gym and swimming pool of Parish Wharf Leisure Centre, the Portishead Open Air Pool, the forest and the Portishead Lake Grounds.

Waitrose, Lidl, Sainsbury's, Homebase, Mc Donalds, Costa, Banks, high street shops and bus stop to Bristol within a 10-minutes walk.

Bus to Bristol centre every 15'.
I am looking for a balanced personality agreeable person with a positive attitude.

As I am widowed since 2 years ago abroad, it is preferable to have a female presence in the house because my 11 y. o. son will find it more balanced to live in a house with both genders.

I am a chartered engineer working from home most days, morning person, imaginative cook, and I can fix almost everything.

Prefer Burgundy and sometimes a G&T after a busy day. Uncompromising regarding the proper espresso.

Kitchen and bathroom are kept clutter-free and as clean as in showroom condition.
