A very large living space to let for a single professional in Portishead. You won't find a place bigger than this in the local area. It is almost a self contained flat.

There are two rooms, one double bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe and a living room with storage space (not shared) A large seperate bathroom is also included with bath and shower facilities which again is not shared.

There is a spacious, shared kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher which is always kept clean and tidy

We are a professional couple and work hard during the week. We are looking for a single professional female to take the rooms.

Broadband and all utility bills are included in the price.

Both rooms are currently unfurnished

Off street parking is available close to the property and there are direct buses every 15 min to Bristol. Portishead is just two miles away from Junction 19 of the M5 and only 15 mins drive to Cribbs Causeway and Aztec West. Bristol City Centre is less than a 30 min drive.
