Furnished room in cosy flat for rent

Furnished double room in quiet, tidy, non-smoking flat in leafy part of Portishead. Short walk to beach with stunning views.
I am a teacher and work long hours during the week, spending my spare time with my little boy (who stays with me during the week sometimes and at weekends) and keeping fit (swimming, running, CrossFit), as well as surfing whenever possible. I am a big fan of music and enjoy comedy and good quality film and TV. I enjoy cooking when I have the time and volunteer on environmental issues, organising beach cleans and the like. I am looking for a considerate, thoughtful, tidy professional lodger and am also very open to the idea of a Mon-Fri arrangement (with rent adjusted accordingly).
