Spacious newly decorated king room - 4/5 days

We are offering for rent a large, bright double room with brand new king size bed, in our Grade 2 Georgian house on the outskirts of Radstock, a pleasant 20 minute journey in to Bath, and convenient for commuting to many other towns. The bus service is excellent to both Bath and Bristol, as are the Park and Ride services.
The room is set apart from the main part of the house, and offers seclusion and privacy, whilst still being close to the shared amenities. There is a large garden, front and back entrances, and off street parking. The room has a lock, and is fully furnished with a large flat screen TV, an Alexa, and broadband. There is a large sofa, 2 upright chairs, a coffee table, 2 chests of drawers and a double wardrobe. The weekly rent also includes bedding and towels, plus hot drink making facilities.
The house surrounds the local village store, which we have run for the last 16 years, so we are well established in the village. We are attached to a very nice village pub, that causes no problems, and is building a reputation for serving excellent food.
The kitchen is shared with ourselves and one other lodger, which has always worked well. The bathroom is shared with just one other male lodger, who has been with us for a long time and is most respectful of the space. We feel that the right person will blend in well with our existing arrangement, as we have done over 70 Airbnb lets from this room in the last 3 years and have never had any problems with shared amenities.
Although this is primarily a weekday arrangement, we may be able to accommodate weekends occasionally as well by prior arrangement.
