we have a very nice small garden room available with private access to the garden, quiet with garden view in a friendly and open minded house share with young professionals in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has a beautiful garden, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room all furnished and fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher are for sharing.
The room is furnished with a double bed and storage spaces, little table.
The house is in a great location with good connections.

Bills are included so the total rent is 670 plus 10 pounds for the internet which is organised by the tenants. Please be aware that because of the current energie crisis the costs for electricity will very probably go up early next year and we are not able to tell how much at the moment.
