Myself (ad ref. 11611144) and my flatmate Elliot (ad ref. 2950688) are looking for someone to take our third bedroom in our lovely flat in Redland. The flat is furnished with a big lounge with fab views over the downs.
We're both professions, myself working as a chiropractor and Elliot working as an engineer (we're much more fun than we sound... I promise!). We're both busy and used to working long hours, so by all means like our own space, but we would also love someone to come for drinks and nights out with us, and of course movie nights in with a bottle of wine!
The room is a small double, with space to bring your own chest of drawers or storage as you'd like. The new tenant will need to complete full referencing checks with our estate agent prior to moving in.
The room is used as a study in the photo, but there is a double bed and bedside table etc for you to use. The room measures 3.0x2.5 metres.
