Two females looking for a third to move in!

We are two females looking for a 3rd female housemate to join us from 23rd April. Sophie, 30, works as a special needs Teacher and Liz, 28, works as a Project Manager. We both work Monday to Friday so are often more chilled during the week although we do like the occasional pub quiz or sitting in the snug watching TV. At the weekend we are a bit more lively and love a boogie (pre Covid). We really enjoy spending time together as a house but equally have our own friends who we hang out with too. We are looking for a another female who is up for spending time with us as a friend, not just a housemate and who is clean and tidy (!!) in our shared space.

The house is owned by a private landlord so no agency fees or anything which is great. We pay the bills by direct debit each month which we split 3 ways. They come to just over £100 per month so it works out £600 all in. We need somebody to start the new contract on 23rd April at the latest.

The room is unfurnished besides the bed frame which comes with the room. We also have a shared garden with the ground floor flat. There is on street parking too which you can buy a 6 month or yearly permit for.

We are going to wait till we have a a few responses before replying so it could be a few days till we get back to you!
