Spacious double room in Redland maisonette

I’m moving out of my lovely room and looking for someone to replace me in our lovely 3 bed Redland Maisonette.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/ living room and is set over 2 floors. The bedroom available is the biggest in the property and has a comfortable kingsize bed, big built in wardrobe, lovely fireplace and loads of floor space.

The bedroom is on the top floor, and you would share the bathroom with one other tenant. The bathroom is lovely - with a powerful double shower, heated towel rail and a cupboard for all your things.

You’d be living with two lovely girls in their mid twenties, who are both healthcare professionals (a physio and a radiographer). They’re both super friendly, sociable and welcoming, as well as being clean and tidy, and leen to make the house a home.

The location is also amazing - just off whiteladies, so close to loads of shops, the best restaurants and pubs, 2 minutes from the downs, and a nice walk into Clifton and the centre.

Bills come to a maximum of £100 each on top of the rent.

The official move in date would be 1st December, but I’m ideally looking for someone to replace me earlier as my new tenancy starts on 14th November. It would be great if you could move in then!

The tenancy would be for an initial 3 month period until 1st Feb, with a view to carry on for another 6 months until 1st August, when you could decide whether to renew the contract.
