Large room in 2 bed flat just off whiteladies rd

Large room soon to be available in 2 bed flat just off whiteladies road at the HSBC. The choosen one 🤣 will have the pleasure of sharing with ( me )a N Irish guy, and his very needy, but also very cool english Bulldog Rocco.
I like to socialise and chill like most people but alot of the time im generally busy with work whether that be on jobs or paperwork at home.. ( and best not forget the needy one too lol ).
Depending on the type of job ive got on decides whether i can take rocco with me, but if i dont take him he will generally sleep on thw sofa until i get back ( if hes alone obv ) to let him out or take him with me so theres nothing expected from the new flatmate.
Obv you will see there isnt a room pic yet as my current flatmate is packing with stuff everywhere but ive asked to get a few pics for tonight or tomorrow so as to get the scale of the room at least but id expect there will be sh*t evrywhere lol.
The room is generally unfurnished with the exception of a bed ( if its wanted obv ) and whatever other furniture down to the new flatmate to sort.
