Large furnished double room for short term let

Very spacious double (room for a desk and to WFH) available. Furnished with king bed/bedside tables/chest of drawers/wardrobe. Located right by the Downs and very close to Whiteladies for walking/bus into town.

I am a doctor and own the property. It is a 3 bed, though the 3rd bedroom only has a futon. 2 bathrooms (en-suite and main). Large kitchen and separate dining/living room.

Looking for someone for a short term rent (less than a year) provisionally to begin with. Ideally a housemate who can appreciate both spending time together, but also the need for down time after work!

I work long hours and like to spend my time outside of work relaxing, getting outside, travelling and seeing friends. I speak Spanish and have previously lived/studied in Spain and also Australia. I also love to cook!
