Large double room in Redland

I am looking for a new flatmate to move into the large double room in the flat I've been renting for the last three and a half years.

The room is on the back of the building, looking out over some nice gardens. It is furnished with a large bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's pretty huge and has more than enough space for a desk if you work from home!

Shared spaces are the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen is small but has plenty of storage as there is a large pantry in the corner, you would also have your own small fridge. There is a good gas hob and fan oven.

The bathroom has a decent electric shower over a bath and ample storage space.

The shared living area is large, it has a medium size dining set on one side and plenty of space for other furniture. It also has a comfy sofa and a TV. The living area is light and airy with great views over Bristol and is south west facing so gets a good amount of sunset.

1 Parking space available if needed, usage negotiable.

About me: I’m a 31 year old professional working as a carpenter 9-5. I’m an easy going guy who likes the outdoors, pubs and good food. I enjoy cooking, I play guitar and do bit of photography.

I keep the flat tidy and enjoy hanging out in the flat’s shared spaces but I’m a conscientious flatmate and respect people’s space.
