Double Room, furnished, in Redland, two steps from Gloucester Road. £525/monthly plus bills (£130 monthly ish). Private landlord.

we are Looking for someone from 1st of May, with a contract on 6 months rolling basis.

it is a Victorian building, with two floors, we are at the top floor. The house has a large kitchen, 4 rooms, a spacious and bright living room, one toilet and a bike shed outside. We don’t have a garden unfortunately, but the area has plenty of parks around.

the Rooms and house have recently been redecorated. At the moment there is scaffolding around the house with Some additional decorating and external work on the property also due to be carried out and should be done by the end of May.

Currently you will be living with one Italian girl and two English guys, we are all in our 40s, professionals, two of us working from home.

We are really quiet and independent people, so we would like to find a person with a similar vibe.
