Bright double room in Redland

Hey guys, we’re Elody and Louise (30 and 31) and we have a double room available in our lovely three bed top floor flat in Redland! We’re looking for a 3rd female to join us from the 11th April.

The rent is £700 + bills (this is normally around £130-50 but depends on the heating so goes down loads outside of winter!).

The room itself has huge double glazed windows so it's super bright and sunny, a fireplace and nice wood floor. Available furnished or unfurnished (whichever works for you) - current housemate is very happy to leave furniture (bed, mattress, chest of drawers) but can leave it empty too if preferred.

The flat has a huge lounge, a shared bathroom with shower/bath and a kitchen. We also have space either in the flat or in the secure hallway to safely store bikes! Permit parking is also available if you have a car, always plenty of spaces free.

The location is amazing, smack bang in the middle of Whiteladies and Gloucester Road, so we’re surrounded by all the great things :) The Downs is a 15min walk away and Redland train station is also under a 5min walk away.

We’re both super sociable and enjoy hanging out but also we’re out and about a fair bit - so we’re looking for someone who shares a similar lifestyle. We love a pub trip but afraid we’ve retired from the party house life. We’re looking for someone who works 9-5 (professionals only please), is easygoing and happy to treat the place like home (and keep it clean and tidy - relatively!).
