Double room in a shared 3 bed flat on a quiet road in Redland. 10 minutes walk from Clifton Downs, Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road. Room is furnished and available for £415 a month, not including bills which are £120 per month, this includes all bills, internet and virgin TV.
The flat has a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Parking is by permit (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). Existing housemates Will and James have lived in the house for 1 year, both professionals. Our current housemate Stephen is moving on so a room has become available.
The room is available from the 26th August 2018 but this date is flexible by up to two weeks.
We are seeking a housemate, also professional, to live for a minimum term of 6 months (negotiable with landlord). Rooms are let independently rather than a shared contract. There are no letting agency or contract fees (contract is direct to landlord). Security deposit is a months rent (£415) . Flat is fully furnished. No DSS or students. No pets or smokers.
