Two double rooms available in sociable flat

Hello! We have a two double rooms available in a four bedroom flat in Redland, Bristol- close to both Gloucester and Whiteladies road.
The flat is 5 minute walk from Redland train station, a ten second walk to the nearest bus stop and a 20 minute walk into the city centre.
There is a spacious living room, a modern (though fairly small) kitchen, bathroom with great shower and a separate cloakroom with toilet. On road parking is available with a permit. There are usually plenty of spaces.
There are currently two people living here (1 boy & 1 girl aged 27-29) and we are looking for two other professionals around that age. We enjoy chilling out in the flat watching a film, pubs, BBQs, festivals, gigs, generally making the most Bristol has to offer. We like to think we are friendly and considerate people and are looking for similar people to move in with us.
