Lovely Large Double In Redland

I am about to move in to a lovely top floor 2 double bed flat on Redland road and am looking for a friendly professional to share with.

The flat comes with white goods (washing machine, fridge and freezer), but is otherwise unfurnished. I have a few bits of furniture to add to the lounge, but you'd have to get a bed and chest of draws, etc. - easy to do in local flea markets.

The lounge has a lovely wood floor and westerly view over Redland (so the setting sun floods in). I want this home to be a chilled out sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of life, so having friends over for dinner etc is cool, but this is not an impromptu late-night party house.

About me:
I'm a newly qualified doctor, and generally pretty laid back about all flat-related matters. Six music/ radio four on in the morning, but not a huge TV fan - I don't have one and neither does the flat. Happy to cook together sometimes, but equally cool to do our own thing. I'm mostly vegetarian with the the occasional fish lapse. Apart from work, I'm a keen cyclist, rock climber and live music lover. I'm also a reasonably good cook! At home, I'm pretty house trained and like to keep communal areas clean and tidy. I'll be working the odd strange shift/ on-call night etc, so hopefully you'd be considerate if I had to sleep in the day/ afternoon/evening/ weekend... mercifully, this won't happen very often!
I'm new to Bristol, so I'd be up for the odd dinner party, outing to the pub, or night out on the town too.

You:
I'm looking to share with an easy going, tidy, person who doesn't need nannying and can clean up after themselves and who wants to share a home and the occasional quiet evening in (and if you fancied the odd night out, that'd be cool, but not essential!)

No short term lets, sorry.

Rent:
£475 not including bills, which I estimate will be about £125 per month each, give or take. So about £600 all-in.
