Bills are £180 per month.

Existing housemate deals with all the bills, I've paid him a flat rate throughout. Of course, you can come to your own arrangement.

Good sized airy room available in shared flat. Tall ceilings, big windows - lots of natural light. 2 large windows in room - good blackout curtains.

Nice compact kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Huge fridge-freezer. Oven less than 3 months old.

Large bathroom - walk in shower (no bath).

Living area furnished by existing tenant, but room is unfurnished. Includes TV, stereo, DVD player, Virgin DVR. Big airy room with loads of natural light.

Storage area outside flat door, perfect for bikes and boxes.

There's no parking space, but there is on-street parking. No RPZ *yet*. I've never had a problem finding a spot to park in over a year of living here.

I am moving out because I am in the process of buying an apartment, so it'll be my room you'll have. I am flexible on when I can move out, but rent is payable on 1 of the month, and therefore the room can be available from 1 November. If you want to move in earlier, or later, we can work out a rent apportionment.

Housemate likes music and football, works hard, and collects vinyl.
